MISSOULA - Terry Lynn Baillargeon of Missoula is facing a homicide charge for allegedly shooting up her husband with heroin, after which he died from an overdose.
Baillargeon will be charged with negligent homicide for the January 2nd incident.
Prosecutors say officers responded to a home on Charlo Street for a report of a drug overdose.
Baillargeon told investigators that her husband, Lawrence, collapsed after she injected him with heroin at his request.
She started doing CPR, but then stopped to wash off and hide the needle to conceal evidence of drug use before police arrived.
Lawrence was taken to the hospital unresponsive and he died two days later.
Baillargeon is scheduled to appear in court Tuesday afternoon.
