MN man dies in one-vehicle crash near Culbertson

A Minnesota man has died in a one-vehicle crash near Culbertson in northeast Montana.

According to the Montana Highway Patrol, the accident occurred on US Highway 2 near mile marker 647.6 at around 5:12 a.m. on Thursday.

The man was 52 years old and from McGrath, Minnesota.

He was driving east on US 2 in a GMC Suburban when his vehicle drifted off the right side of the road.

He was pronounced dead on the scene.

He was wearing a seatbelt; alcohol and speed were not a factor, according to the MHP.
