BILLINGS - A Saint Xavier woman enters a not guilty plea today on charges of second degree murder - for the death of her 3-year-old daughter.
Mary Agnes Leider, 24, appeared in US District Court this morning.
Back on December 3rd, Leider allegedly threw her daughter, Tenielle Big Day - from a moving vehicle. Tests taken later that morning revealed Leider had a blood alcohol level .24. The Montana legal level of intoxication is .08.
If found guilty, Leider could face a life sentence - plus a $250,000 fine. Her trial is set for April 22.
