HELENA - A Helena man who is accused of felony intimidation in one case and theft of a vehicle in another, has changed his plea to guilty in district court.
Scott Street, 24, agreed he threatened to harm the person, whom was said to have owed Street money for a marijuana deal.
He was said to have held the person against his will with another defendant, James Lee, who pleaded not guilty to the charges last week.
Street faces up to 10 years in prison on each charge, but the County Attorney's office may ask for a suspended sentence on each charge to run concurrently.
Street remains in jail on a $50,000 bond and his sentencing is scheduled for March 14.
