MT man pleads not guilty to sexual assault of teen

HELENA - An 18-year-old has pleaded not guilty to sexual intercourse without consent of a 15-year-old girl.
The alleged incident happened at Helena High School on Feb. 14, and according to court documents, William Russell Biggs, forced the girl to allow him to touch her inappropriately in several places.
Her mother took her to the doctor, and the doctor reported scratches on her wrist where she said she struggled to get away from him.
Biggs remains in jail on a $50,000 bond.
