Newly elected Butte Silver Bow Sheriff makes changes on 1st day

Wednesday was the first day in office for newly elected Butte Silver Bow Sheriff Ed Lester.
Lester says rearranging of offices and positions are occurring within the office.
When he began running for Sheriff he had a vision of structuring his department.
Lester has named George Skuletich as the Undersheriff.
Doug Conway is the new Administrative Captain.
And Jerome McCarthy is now the Detective's Division Captain.
All three men held previous captain positions for a long period of time.
"We're not losing a lot of the institutional knowledge that they have but we're kind of giving each of them a fresh outlook on what their perspective is," says Lester.
While running for Sheriff, Lester announced his hopes for installing a K-9 unit into the department.
