COLUMBIA FALLS - Four of the five people arrested during a meth lab bust in Columbia Falls have pleaded not guilty to charges filed against them.
Jonathan and Rachel Kempainen are listed as the ringleaders and both being charged with felony operation of an unlawful clandestine laboratory. Christian Stordalen and Mysterie Callihan were also arrested as part of the busy.
Stordalen and Callihan are both charged with felony operation of an unlawful clandestine lab, but also with felony intent to distribute. Heather Piland, 39, was arrested during the raid by the Northwest Drug Task Force, and has since been charged with one felony and one misdemeanor count of possession.
The raids took place at two separate residences. The next hearing is set for August 28 for Jonathan and Rachel Kempainen.
