Powerball jackpot soars to $425 million dollars

The next jackpot in the Powerball lottery will be worth an estimated $425 million dollars, as there were no grand prize winners for Saturday's drawing.
The cash payout for the jackpot is estimated at more than $278 million dollars.
The $425 million is the largest jackpot in the history of the multi-state Powerball lottery; the previous top Powerball prize was $365 million.
In March, the MegaMillions multi-state lottery had three lucky ticket-holders for its record-setting jackpot of $640 million dollars.
The Powerball winning numbers for Saturday were 22, 32, 37, 44, 50, and the Powerball was 34.
The next drawing will be held on Wednesday, November 28, at 8:59 p.m. (Mountain Time).
