Some Great Falls pre-schoolers welcomed a special visitor on Friday, as Shawn Running Crane came to sing and dance with the kids while also delivering an important message.

Running Crane dressed up in traditional Native American clothing and head-dress.

He says by introducing the kids to different cultures, he's promoting tolerance and will help decrease problems like bullying.

He believes many of the values within Native American culture can help make the kids successful later in life.

Running Crane said, "To be respectful of other people, it doesn't matter what race they are. Like I said, this face paint represents all the races. We all have to learn to make better choices in this world, so hopefully when you wake up today or tomorrow you learn to make better choices. That's what life is all about."

Crane made his own head-dress to show off to the children, and he also brought some of his artwork along.
