BOZEMAN - Safeway has accepted an offer for the old store building on Bozeman's Main Street, according to sources.
The realtor will not release what type of business will be moving in until the deal closes.
City officials say the agreement between Safeway and the buyer says the buyer may not operate any businesses that would compete with Safeway, which means no convenience stores or pharmacies.
The city will be working with the buyer on redeveloping the area once the deal is closed.
