A San Diego fugitive wanted for murder in a 2000 California case is being extradited back to that state to face charges.
Phong Thanh Huynh waived his rights to extradition in District Court on Thursday.
The 36-year-old was arrested in Helena at a nail salon where he was working, on September 11th, without incident.
The warrant for him was issued by the San Diego Superior Court the day before.
California authorities have 10 days to come and get him.
