Set up begins for annual clothing giveaway

BOZEMAN - Preparations are underway at the Willson Gym for the annual Thanks 4 Giving clothing giveaway.

They're collecting clothing all week long.

The event started in 2008. Last year, about 1,700 people showed up to take home free clothing.

"We take it in, we put it out and people can come and just take it away. There's no money. You just take it and that's what we want, is for anybody who needs or wants clothing or wants to recycle or refresh their closet to come in and do some shopping," said Reni Kessinger, Thanks 4 Giving organizer.

The event begins this Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Sunday 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Willson Gym.
