Diana Arnold, 59, is before Judge John Brown in Gallatin County District Court today for sentencing.
Arnold was found guilty of attempted deliberate homicide and aggravated burglary for breaking into her former tenants' home and shooting one of them.
The shooting took place in Dave McDunn's mobile home on Springhill Road on May 30, 2012
McDunn wrestled Arnold after she shot him and held her down until his wife arrived and called 911.
McDunn was in court today with his family, as the defense called his oldest son to the stand.
McDunn's son told the court he thought his dad was dead and that his family has been terrorized.
McDunn's second son said the family wants nothing less that 80 years in prison, for Arnold, the maximum sentence allowed.
Arnold's expression has not changed during today's testimony.
McDunn's son says his mom is angry that this incident has consumed so much of their lives. Another son took the stand and repeated the testimony that the family is exhausted and traumatized.
During today's hearing, one witness says Arnold is a woman that is never going to stop.
