BILLINGS - Not in Out Town Billings will celebrate its 20th anniversary next year.
The group's chair, Eran Thompson, says while the community is outstanding at responding to overt racism, there is still a subtle prejudice.
That's the message at the Not in Our Town's Summit on Hate at City College in Billings, where the focus of the summit challenges facing Native Americans.
Two panels addressed racism and prejudice.
Next year as part of the 20th Anniversary celebration, Not in Our Town Billings will host a national meeting.
