While it may be exceptionally cold out there on this Sunday, temperatures will warm up by mid-week to near or above seasonal temperatures for many of us. Expect a partly cloudy sky today, with low temperatures tonight not as cold as they were this morning.
Clouds will increase as a weak storm system moves into the region late Monday into Tuesday, carrying a chance for some snow showers. The latest models show possible 1" to 2" of snow accumulation possible with this storm through Tuesday morning. Though the snow may not be significant, it will be enough to create slick roadways.
Temperatures will steadily begin to rise from Tuesday morning through Wednesday afternoon, with many locations reaching into the 30's. While the warm up won't be a significant one, it will be nice to see some moderate temperatures move in for a few days. Skies will remain mostly sunny starting Wednesday, with this mild weather trend continuing into the weekend. Have a great Sunday!
