The man accused of shooting at two people in a car at the Taco Bell drive-thru pleaded guilty to two counts of assault with a weapon and one count of possession of illegal drugs with the intent to distribute as part of a plea agreement.
Nathaniel Budd, 22, had faced two counts of attempted deliberate homicide.
In court today, Budd admitted that he shot into the car with two people inside in December of last year.
Two bullets struck the woman who was driving the car.
Prosecutors say the woman has since recovered from her injuries.
Budd will be sentenced January 29, and faces up to 60 years behind bars.
