BOZEMAN - A Three Forks woman is behind bars, accused of pointing a gun at her soon-to-be ex-husband and threatening to kill him.
Sherrie Catalusci, 61, is charged with assault with a weapon, a felony.
According to court documents, at around 5:19 p.m. Monday, May 13, Catalusci's husband was at their Three Forks residence with four other people, retrieving some items, when the couple got into an argument. The man was outside when Catalusci came out, pointed a gun at him and threatened to shoot and kill him, court documents state.
The man backed away and another person reportedly took the gun from Catalusci and put it in the garage.
When a sheriff's deputy arrived, Catalusci reportedly denied having the gun and appeared highly intoxicated.
Gallatin County Justice Court Judge Rick West set her bail at $25,000 today. She is being held in the Gallatin County Detention Center.
