BOZEMAN - Three men are charged with aggravated burglary after a home invasion in Belgrade early Monday morning.
Eric Suhr, 19; Dylan Patterson, 19; and Jason Ricker, 20, were arrested after the incident at a 9th Street apartment.
The burglary occurred at around 2:15 a.m. Monday when a resident at the apartment says a man knocked on the door then pushed his way inside when he opened the door. Two men then reportedly entered the apartment and one man began swinging his fists at the resident.
The resident fell onto a dining room table, which broke, sending him to the floor, according to court documents. The resident kicked the second man in the chest.
The men left the apartment and the resident followed them out. He said he saw a total of three males get into a red hatchback.
The car was stopped on Bolinger Road west of Belgrade. Ricker, Suhr, Patterson and a juvenile male were inside the car.
During an interview with police, Ricker reportedly admitted he went to the man's apartment to hurt him because of an incident between the man and Ricker's girlfriend.
The three men were arrested.
