A winter storm warning and winter weather advisory will be in effect through noon Thursday as the first winter storm of the season tries to exit the area. Areas above 5500' could see between 6-12" of snow while areas below 5500' will likely range between a trace to 4" Temperatures will struggle into the upper 30s and low 40s this afternoon as our winter storm exits to the east. Expect clearing skies and sub-freezing temperatures for most of the area tonight with highs near 50 for Friday.
