The two suspects wanted in connection with Monday night's homicide are now in custody and Butte-Silver Bow Law Enforcement has released the identity of the victim of the shooting.
Mark Partelow, 46, of Butte was pronounced dead at St. James Healthcare after suffering a gun-shot wound to the head.
Jeffery Bruce Lackman, 24, the second person of interest in the shooting was a passenger in a vehicle stopped by MHP trooper last night, shortly after midnight. The stop occurred about four miles north of Roundup, MT.
Lackman was arrested on a warrant out of Butte-Silver Bow for Deliberate Homicide.
The second male in the vehicle, Juan Jose Romero was arrested on charges of obstructing justice and deliberate homicide by accountability.
Both subjects are in the custody of the Musselshell County Sheriff's office.
"We are going to continue to investigate all aspects of this crime, but at this time it does not appear that it was a drug related incident," said Sheriff Ed Lester.
Yesterday 36-year-old Vernon Earl Maddock turned himself in to law enforcement.
Investigators from Butte are on their way to Roundup to search the vehicle the suspects were in and conduct interviews with the two suspects.
