VIDEO: Dog stolen in Billings; Video released

BILLINGS - Billings police are investigating a reported dog theft in the Heights and are asking for the public's help to identify the suspect.
A Billings woman who suffers from Alzheimer's walked her dog to the Heights Albertson's store Wednesday afternoon and left her Scottish terrier in her walker when she went inside the store. That's when a man accompanied by two children took the dog with him to his car and drove away.
The woman's daughter tells us that her mother is devastated by the loss of her companion.
She hopes people may recognize the man or his children, so that Dandy the Scottish terrier can be returned.
