BILLINGS- The suspect and the victim involved in a deadly shooting incident outside of a Williston, North Dakota strip club on Saturday morning have been identified.

According to Detective Cory Collings of the Williston Police Department, 28-year-old Derrick Spiegel of Williston died after being shot by a man he began arguing with outside of Heartbreakers in Williston shortly before 1a.m. on Saturday.

Collings says that arrest warrants have been issued for the alleged suspect, 46-year-old Jonathan Peter Horvath for reckless endangerment and murder.

The Williston Police Department believes Horvath fled from the scene on foot after the shooting took place.

According to Collings, Horvath recently moved to the Williston area from Sandpoint, Idaho.

Authorities have reason to believe that Horvath has left the western North Dakota area.

Horvath is described as a white male, 5'9'' tall, 170 lbs., with green eyes and a tattoo of a spider and a web on the left side of his neck.

Collings provided a picture of Horvath the Williston Police Department believes to be approximately 8-year-old.

If you have information concerning Horvath's whereabouts, you are asked to call North Dakota Crimestoppers at (701)572-8477.
