Windy conditions continue into this evening for SW Montana

High Wind Warning has been extended to 11pm tonight for Madison county and Norris Hill.

High winds for Route 287 over Norris Hill will be very strong with SW winds sustained between 35 and 45 mph and gusting up to 60 mph.

MDOT senor data shows an average wind speed of 46 mph and gusts up to 56 mph have been observed as of 2:30pm Tuesday.

Wind data from Three Forks is showing a sustained wind between 25 and 35 mph with gusts close to 50 mph today.

Wind Advisory continues for the Livingston area and I-90 through 8pm tonight.

SW winds 35 to 50 mph and gusts to 65 mph are likely.

The strong winds will create difficult travel conditions for high profile vehicles.
