Winter weather advisory is up for the Butte/Blackfoot region

Winter weather advisory is up for the Butte/Blackfoot region until midnight. A strong cold front is currently producing strong winds with gusts up to 40mph and a short lived period of intense snow. 1"-3" is possible for the valleys and a little more is possible over the mountain passes. Wet roads will be icing up so caution is advised if you plan on traveling tonight and early Thursday morning.
