MISSOULA - A man is being accused of driving the wrong way on Interstate 90 with a blood alcohol content of nearly three times the legal limit.
Daniel Martinez is being charged with aggravated DUI and criminal endangerment in connection with the alleged incident, which happened early Saturday morning near Turah.
Prosecutors say Martinez was driving westbound in the eastbound lanes when a Missoula County Sheriff's deputy saw him turn around and start driving the right direction.
The deputy pulled him over and asked Martinez how much he had to drink, Martinez replied "a lot."
He's now in jail on a $50,000 bail.
